Alumina Wear Resistant Ceramics(Hexagon)

It’s special corundum ceramic made by calcining at 1700℃, using Al2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxide as the flux.

Forming process: dry pressure and isostatic pressure

Sintering at high temperature in tunnel kiln, Rockwell hardness HR85, wear-resistant, impact resistant, convenient construction. It can effectively extend the service life of various equipment and vulnerable parts.

Characteristics of final alumina ceramic pieces:

l Looks like Jade color

l Smooth surface without adhesion

l No black spots (low impurity content of high-quality raw material powder)

Applications:

All mechanical equipment with large wear and tear such as coal conveying, material conveying system, pulverizing system, ash discharge and dust removal system in fields of thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical industry, cement, port and wharf.
